Specific services, deliverables, and timelines are defined in the service agreement or proposal based on the selected package (Standard, Intermediate and Permium) or chosen à la carte services.
By signing a service agreement, statement of work (SOW), or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Clients can choose from the following service packages, or select specific à la carte options:
Standard Package: $597
Intermediate Package: $1597
Premium Package: $4500
À La Carte Services: Prices vary depending on the service; refer to our service menu.
Any additional services or modifications beyond the selected package may incur extra fees, which will be communicated in writing and require approval before starting.
Payment for all services is due according to the schedule outlined in the service agreement. Delays in payment may incur interest or late fees as specified in the agreement.
Initial payments or deposits are required to initiate the service and are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
If additional work outside the scope of the initial agreement is requested, additional fees will apply and will be communicated to and approved by the Client in writing.
To ensure smooth and timely service, clients agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for the performance of our services.
Respond promptly to our requests for feedback, approvals, or additional information needed to complete the services on schedule.
Obtain all necessary rights and permissions for any materials, assets, or data provided to us.
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in project delays, additional costs, or, in some cases, termination of services.
Ownership of any materials or deliverables created by Life Line A.A. remains with us until all payments have been completed.
Upon receipt of full payment, you receive a license to use the final deliverables for your intended business purposes as outlined in the agreement.
The Client warrants that any assets, content, or data provided to Life Line A.A. does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Both parties agree to keep confidential and not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the service period. Confidential information may include, but is not limited to, business strategies, marketing plans, data, and pricing information. Confidentiality obligations will continue even after the termination of this agreement, except as required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Line A.A. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under this Agreement.
This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time by providing 10 days’ written notice. Upon termination:
The Client will be responsible for payment of all services rendered and any expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
Life Line A.A. will deliver all completed work and deliverables up to the termination point, as applicable.
Life Line A.A. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify the Client. Continued use of our services after any changes are posted will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
